**Summary**

The Partner Support Specialist responds to the Partners sales requests for a broad range of commercial products and services. The Specialist is required to fully understand the telecommunications industry, core, and complex products such as DIA, ELAN, PRI, and SIP as well as work comfortably in a sales environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Responds to the Partners sales requests for a broad range of commercial products and services handling quoting, contracting and order entry and ensures orders correctly flow to our order writing and provisioning team to be processed, installed, and billed to the end customer.

* 55% Access work from Workflow Mgr. (WFM) to acknowledge and respond to quote, contract and order requests from Master and Sub Agents.

* Work in Salesforce to create new opportunities, validate addresses & product availability and generate & deliver product quotes. Quotes can include multiple products & multi-year terms.

* Offer alternative products if certain products are not available.

* 20% Generate FSAs/Schedules (contracts) for customer signature for commercial services.

* 20% Create and place order requests in a variety of systems to begin the provisioning process of commercial product and services for the end customer.

* 5% Administrative & Training Job.

**Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

* Minimum 2 yrs. experience with commercial products in the telecom industry.

* Minimum 2 yrs. experience with a high proficiency with MS Office products required.

* Experience with Salesforce preferred.

* Familiarity with telecom Indirect Channel sales preferred.

* Special Skills (e.g., strong organizational skills, proficiency on specific software).

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines required.

* Ability to effectively work from home or in a structured office environment.

* System experience for following systems strongly preferred but not required: Workflow Manager (WFM), Salesforce, and DPI.

* Must have a reliable, high-speed Internet connection.

* Extremely comfortable using MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
