To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards Responsibilities Essential Functions: Answer console. Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel. Assist all guests and associates. Wake-up calls. Place and follow up on Synergy orders Process incoming and outgoing mail. And any other pertinent task assigned by management Tools and Equipment:Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, computer and printerfile folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills.
