Overview

Supports all aspects of daily office activities, including clerical services, documentation scanning and control, medical supplies inventory and distribution, mail related functions and conference room set-up. Works under direct supervision.

Compensation:

$21.67 - $21.67 Hourly

What You Will Do

* Maintains a stocked medical supply room that always meets the standards of the DOH/CHHAP.

* Flexible to support periodic clerk coverage in our regional offices

* Attends and supports the region Fit Test sessions during the designated hours, as required.

* Maintains appropriate logs including temperature readings for refrigerators storing flu vaccines and other FDA required items.

* Verifies accuracy of purchasing orders.

* Manages inventory and distribution of medical and office supplies. Conducts quality checks of medical supplies and PPEs and discard expired items, when necessary.

* Issues and maintains field staff visit bags (including backpacks and rolling bags). Replenish supplies on a regular basis according to designated quantities documented on the distribution list. Returned visit bags are cleaned, refurbished, or discarded, inclusive of bag items, according to established Procedure IC.10 Cleaning and Disinfection in Medical Supply Room of the Safety Data Sheets log.

* Monitors and replenishes the After-Hour Cabinets (AHC) daily with medical supplies and SOC Admission Packets to cover after hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

* Creates and maintains admission packets.

* Routes mail, as assigned.

* Copies all material, as assigned. Oversees the copier, order supplies and calls for maintenance, as needed in all regions with the exception of Manhattan.

* Maintains the schedule for the conference rooms.

* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

* High School Diploma or equivalency or vocational school (i.e. Business) diploma required

Work Experience

* Minimum of one year of general office experience required
