We are seeking a Technology Systems and Support Coordinator to oversee and manage activities, projects, and processes to support digital innovation and transformation initiatives. This role will lead and support work in collaboration with the Chief Information Officer and IT Services Team.

This position requires knowledge and experience with technology research and discovery, user-experience testing, training and support models, and technology deployment strategy. This role will serve as the primary point of contact and will regularly interact with internal and external customers and service and program leaders to identify problems or opportunities and recommend technology solutions.

This position will research and help select technologies/vendors to support new programs and services driven by business development and/or operational excellence. They will lead configuration, testing, and implementation, including installation of the technology, training, and support to ensure the solution meets our requirements and key metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison between business sponsors and vendor implementation team ensuring business needs are translated into detailed requirements.
  • Coordinates with the IT department for infrastructure dependencies and/or integration design and development.
  • Supports the implementation through project management, configuration review, testing, trouble shooting and training to support a positive experience for customers and clients and leads transition from implementation to operations.
  • Supports evaluation and assessment of technology solutions via market studies, consumer research, and other avenues throughout the implementation process.
  • In collaboration with team develops and tracks outcomes to measure performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related field and a minimum of 4-years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Broad knowledge in application software, technologies, and networking systems.
  • Experience configuring, testing, installing, and supporting hardware and software and creating and maintaining system documentation.
  • Preferred experience in the health related industry.
