City Experiences is seeking a Ticket Booth Agent for our operation in Sacramento.
About You:
This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.
About the Opportunity:
The successful Ticket Booth Agent will greet guests as they arrive to City Experiences and help them check-in and find their correct boarding area. A friendly and positive personality is a must, as well as a can-do attitude.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be friendly, motivated and a team player
- Have an excellent customer service manner
- Possess keen selling skills
- Be able to handle cash transactions including collecting payments and issuing change
- Be able to type
- Be able to multitask
- Be a team player
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Additional job duties assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:- At least 1 year of customer service.
- Previous experience working with reservations, retail and telephone or customer service experience.
- Have some cash handling experience.
