Sodexo is seeking a Temporary Fulltime Registered Dietitian for an 8-10 week assignment at Birmingham Green, a Senior Living Community located in Manassas, VA. Targeted start date will be the middle of November. This campus offers a continuum of care, including Rehab, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care. This candidate will work with another fulltime RD to provide clinical care to skilled nursing and assisted living residents.
The successful candidate will:
- provide nutritional care to the skilled nursing residents and to residents of Independent Living;
- meet DOH/state/federal and company standards; and/or
- be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;
- represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
