Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and update calendars.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
