Hengel Brothers Inc. is family owned 100 year old plumbing and heating mechanical contractor located in La Crosse, WI. We are currently seeking an accounts payable/payroll clerk to provide financial and administrative support to our team. Our new team member will be the main contact between vendors and employees and will be responsible for the processing invoices for payment. This position will also process payroll and maintain payroll records.
RESPONSIBILLITIES:
Process and approve vendor invoices for payment
Process and balance payroll weekly
Maintain payroll records
Monthly payroll reporting
Monthly Union Reporting
Assist project manager with creating maintenance manuals
Answering the phone
Experience with Excel and Microsoft word is required. Experience with Sage software is a plus.
COMPENSATION
Hourly Wages $26.00-$30.00, based on experience. Two weeks paid vacation, Health insurance monthly premium paid by company.
