Join our team at renowned Spa Anjali Beaver Creek, managed by East West Hospitality!
We are looking for a customer service-oriented **Spa Front Desk Agent** to join our team! This position assumes a pivotal role in the logistical details relating to overall guest satisfaction and ultimate success of the spa.
**Duties Include:**
* Answer phones
* Book appointments
* Check guests in/out
* Describe and sell services and products to guests
* Monitor spa guest areas
* Check guests in, escort to locker rooms and spa waiting area
* Keep spa common space neat and tidy
* Stock waiting area for guests
**Location:** - Beaver Creek, CO
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Employment Type:** Part Time, Year Round
**Pay Rate:** $17.00 / hour + $500 Signing Bonus
**Schedule:** 15-20 hours / week; Available shifts:
Sundays & Mondays: 9am to 1:30pm,1:30pm - 6:30pm;
Saturdays 1pm-6:30pm, Fridays 9am -1:30pm
**Minimum Requirements**
* English fluency
* Great interpersonal skills
* Guest service orientation
* Computer proficiency and organizational skills
* Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Previous spa or hotel experience preferred
* Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status to East West.
