Our client is a large tier-1 automotive supplier with manufacturing locations across North America. They have a manufacturing facility north of Dayton, OH where they employee over 800 full-time employees. The current opening is for an IT Specialist. Main duties include:
Provide technical support for all CAD/CAE and technical software products
Develop, implement, and enforce CAD/CAE standards
Create installation procedures for technical software and CAD/CAE systems
Provide technical and training support to all engineering project teams/associates
Monitor and maintain engineering software licenses
Qualifications include:
B.S. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
Experience with Windows operating systems
Experience with Visual Basic, SQL, and HTML
Familiar with Catia, Delmia, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, able to work with minimal supervision
