We are currently looking for an individual to fill the role of Inventory Lead at our Chesterfield, MO facility. We offer a flexible 4-day work week with a 10 hour/day schedule. Qualified candidates should be detail-oriented, have excellent critical thinking and time management skills and the ability to follow standard procedures and written instructions.

You will bring value to our organization through:

  • Oversees and trains team of inventory employees.
  • Manages daily workflow for the inventory department by arranging for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials to meet production schedules.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy for lot controlled as well as serialized components.
  • Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors.
  • Marking stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
  • Examining and inspecting stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
  • Recording numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work orders, and entering information into the Oracle ERP.
  • Kitting products and components accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use step stools and rolling ladders
Preference will go to candidates with any of the following experience:
  • Manufacturing inventory control experience
  • Lean and/or continuous improvement experience
  • Production Planning experience
  • Familiarity with FAA PMA rules and regulations
