**Positions:** Customer Service Representative (English & Bilingual (Spanish) / Customer Service Team Lead / Customer Service Department Manager / Customer Service Leadership Trainee
**Location:** 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144
**Thanks to another record year in 2021, Uline will be hosting another socially distant, in-person interview event for customer service positions.** All interviews will follow CDC and local guidelines.
**All positions are on-site (non-remote), and we are looking for good people who share our passion.**
**Registration is strongly encouraged to secure an interview time slot.**
24/7 operation - various shifts available with set schedules.

**Customer Service Representative:**
**Both English and Bilingual Spanish openings are available**
**From $20 to $27 per hour (English only)**
**From $21 to $27 per hour (Bilingual English / Spanish)**
* Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
* Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
* Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
* Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree **preferred.**
* Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* **Bilingual candidates must be 100% fluent in both English / Spanish (read, speak, write).**
**Customer Service Team Lead
From $25 to $33 per hour**
* Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas of performance including metrics and behaviors.
* Audit phone, email and other customer interactions, observing performance, techniques and application of guidelines and procedures.
* Evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching for increased success.
* Provide feedback to management and challenge processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Complete performance reviews and assist with interviewing process for new Customer Service hires.
* Train reps to understand policies, procedures and products.
* Communicate policy updates and Uline information through team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
* Document coaching and development sessions.
* Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly function support for customer interactions.
* High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree **preferred.**
* 3+ years customer service experience.
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role **preferred.**
**Customer Service Department Manager
From $75,000 to $85,000 per year**
* Manage daily operations of some departments in Customer Service.
* Assist in setting and monitoring performance standards and quality.
* Work with Operations and Workforce Management to determine staff hours and number of personnel required.
* Review daily and weekly reports and make recommendations for improving productivity and efficiencies.
* Coach and develop team leads and / or trainers to ensure customer service excellence and a strong company culture.
* Audit phone, email, chat and other customer interactions.
* Partner with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
* Manage disciplinary processes, complete performance reviews and make hiring decisions for customer service reps.
* Perform process audits to ensure adherence to procedures and recommend process improvements.
* Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly function support for customer interactions.
* Bachelor's degree.
* 3 to 5 years customer service management experience.
* Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
**Customer Service Leadership Trainee
From $23 to $28 per hour**
* Manage and lead a team of customer service reps on a daily basis.
* Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management.
* Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching.
* Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
* Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.
* High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree **preferred.**
* Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking.
* Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.
* Prior leadership / management experience is **a plus.**
