Job Summary:

Job Summary: Front Desk staff will provide the highest quality care to patients by combining the latest advances in evidence-based medicine, patient-centered compassionate care, and leading-edge information technology, such as electronic medical records and e-prescriptions. Front Desk will provide outstanding customer service to potential Health Home Members. The Clerical Representatives will act as an intermediary between providers and members - serving in numerous roles such as educator, evaluator, service coordinator, community resource researcher and assist with patient needs.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls and triage them accordingly
  • Handle incoming electronic faxes submitted to the office
  • Sort through mail and paperwork given to the department
  • Scan documents into patients charts and fax out to agencies
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Familiar with ECW is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

$15.00-$19.00 an hour
