What You'll Do:
- Provide Skilled Nursing Care: Deliver compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes or hospice facilities.
- Individualized Care Plans: Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Symptom Management: Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and manage symptoms to ensure patient comfort.
- Patient and Family Education: Educate and support patients and their families about end-of-life care and symptom management.
- Collaborative Care: Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
- Emotional Support: Offer counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.

About You:
- Active RN License: You have an active RN license in the state you are practicing or are a new grad eligible to take the NCLEX.
- Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospice, palliative care, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong Clinical Skills: Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate Care: A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Knowledge of Hospice Practices: Familiarity with hospice regulations and practices is a plus.
