Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Community Manager for our residential community in Naperville, IL. In the role of Assistant Community Manager, you will provide vital support to our Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of our residential community. This support includes building positive relationships with prospective and current residents, assisting with overseeing all aspects of the property's maintenance, marketing, retention, and occupancy goals and managing resident ledgers, delinquency, and collection efforts.

Pay range $20 to $26 per hour, commensurate with experience + commissions and quarterly bonus

Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced residential rental community
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current
  • Assist with rent collection and service of 5-day notices
  • Coordinate resident move ins and move outs
  • Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements, related to federal and local Fair Housing Laws.
  • Performing any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager or Vice President of Operations
