Role Overview
Our client seeks a Finance Analyst to help its business continue to grow, including through the acquisition of clean energy projects. The successful candidate will have exceptional financial modeling capabilities & be passionate about mitigating climate change.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess the viability of acquiring renewable energy & battery storage projects
- Develop advanced financial models
- Support with managing due diligence processes
- Effectively communicate findings & recommendations
- Provide analysis in a range of subject areas, from financing to engineering to contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in quantitative field
- Finance or banking experience in the energy sector
- Track record of excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a couple of days in office per week
- Excellent analytical & financial modeling capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Passionate about the energy transition
