What You ll Do:

We are seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. In this versatile role, you'll leverage your skills to develop and optimize our data analytics platforms and reporting tools, contributing significantly to our data-driven decision-making. The Data Analyst candidate will be determined by the skills and experience of the company and business needs. Prior cannabis or startup experience is highly valued. Collect and analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insightsDevelop statistical models and algorithms to support business decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutionsCreate and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholdersConduct A/B testing and other statistical analyses to optimize business processesContinuously monitor data quality and identify opportunities for improvement

What You ll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field1-3 years of experience of Data Analyst experienceExperience with SQL, Python/R, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and other statistical analysesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholdersStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
