Requirements:- 1-2 years of sales experience (home sales preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to commit to full-time hours
- Basic understanding of water filtration systems is advantageous
- Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Role Responsibilities:- Perform on-site water testing and deliver sales presentations to homeowners
- Recommend products based on customer needs and budget
- Educate potential customers on product features and benefits
- Assist customers through the installation process to ensure satisfaction
- Use general software to manage customer information
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
- Conduct sales negotiations and finalize transactions
