Kona Ice Cville is looking to add motivated/charismatic Servers to join our local Krew for the 2024 season as either part/full time. We are a mobile shaved ice vendor serving Albemarle, Charlottesville and surrounding counties. We serve customers of all ages but the bulk of customers are ages 3 to 12 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in growing company where every day offers something different. We serve customers in a wide variety of locations/events from Daycares, Churches, Local Schools, Festivals, UVA, Sporting and Corporate Events. We even do Birthdays, neighborhood events and the occasional wedding.
Flexible hours with the opportunity for tips as well.

Requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be on time, dependable, warm personality, and have a positive attitude
- Able to work at a quick, yet efficient pace
- Able to do simple math (addition and subtraction) for cash transactions and process credit card payments using Square
- Team oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Can effectively communicate with people of all ages
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule - including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Comfortable working on your feet for a full shift
- Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stock and clean truck, prep area in warehouse on daily basis
Company Information Kona Ice Cville has been a part of the local community for over 12 years. We are known for our customer service, great shaved ice and overall customer experience by our staff, truck and operation. Parents know that they can send their child to the truck with money and they will be treated well, gotten their order/correct change and return to them with the biggest ear to ear grin on their face as a result of the Kona Experience. We are constantly doing different types of events/bookings each day and have given money back to the community each and every year through school, youth sports, church events and charitable organizations/events.
