Major Responsibilities: Assembly of Patient trays. 3)Place cold/hot beverages according to menu selection in the appropriate area in a neat manner. 4)Record temperature of hot food at each meal. 5)Posses basic knowledge of diets. 6)Strips food trays of soiled dishes. 7)Follows dishwasher procedures. 8)Records dishmachine tempertures at each meal. 9)Records temperatures of refrigerators and freezers. 2)Place menu, tray, silverware, condiments,salad, desserts, and cold/hot entree on tray in the appropriate area and in a neat manner. 1)Responsible for trayline set up and service.
