Duties
Maintains, repairs, and overhauls school buses and school bus equipment. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Qualifications
Position requires experience-based technical knowledge of light duty truck and medium duty bus maintenance and repair procedures with ability to work independently; services and makes repairs such as major and minor overhaul of engines, brakes, fuel systems, ignitions; inspects and repairs school buses per IDOT requirements; additional duties as assigned.
