As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for managing outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This person will also assist with receiving.
- Process outgoing shipments in a timely manner
- Utilize basic math skills to verify shipment quantities and quality
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiar with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and order picking processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds
- Some standing and sitting will be required
