They are seeking experienced and motivated individuals with a strong background in personal injury law, specifically on the plaintiff side. DESCRIPTION
- Guide and support associate attorneys in case management.
- Manage a high volume of personal injury cases while overseeing team involved.
- Oversee all aspects of case management, including assessment, valuation, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Oversee legal research, draft pleadings, and handle complex motion practice.
- Collaborate with Partners on firm s strategies, goals and initiatives.
- Support and promote a positive work environment, including teamwork, development and accountabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Bar license in good standing with respective states.
- 10+ years of personal injury law, preferably in plaintiff side motor vehicle accidents involving commercial vehicles.
- Comfortable managing 40-60 cases and achieving successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership with trial experience.
- Understanding of key performance indicators and reporting metrics within a legal setting.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize case loads.
