Job Details

Communication by phone, fax, or email of product cuts, order delays and carrier information. - Problem solving wrong purchase order and shipment facilitation (short lead time orders, addition / deletion orders) - Process orders in MATRICS - Scheduling of Inbound and Outbound appointments, including customer back hauls - Coordinate and track custom modules - Vehicle Sizing and monitoring trucks to make sure proper weight and CAW metrics are achieved - Responsible for truck board accuracy in MATRICS - Working with CSCs and NFPs to confirm product availability and/or adjust orders - Tracking OSCOT delay disservices - Monitoring and reconciling shipments (over/short) and returns - Create bar codes production PRNs and bay signs - Assist Materials Manager with reporting - Other duties as assigned by supervisor - Communicate and reinforce departments vision, mission , goals, and carry out action plan for accomplishment - Support the Champaign team at all times - Maintain a sense of urgen...Customer Service Representative, Customer Service, Representative, Monitoring, Materials Manager, Manufacturing, Retail
