Job Description

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as a liaison between customers and production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as reports.
Maintain and update database systems using a computer.
Manage, review and coordinate schedule for one or more locations,
Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff, and Production Staff).
Communicate daily with customers, to schedule jobs, confirm jobs, and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations.
Review work orders, files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

Any other duty, task or responsibility as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree: High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum experience: 1-3 years.
Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.) preferred.
Legal Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age.

Clear Post-Offer Drug Screen.
