Our client, a prominent leader in the moving and storage industry, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Move Coordinator to join their team based in Portland, ME.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Van Line operations and international moves, with a proven ability to handle leads and manage sales appointments effectively.

Remote candidates with relevant experience and expertise will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service related to Van Line and international moving services.
Efficiently handle leads, ensuring timely follow-up and detailed documentation.
Schedule and confirm sales appointments with potential clients.
Utilize the Supermove CRM/Dispatch program to track and manage customer interactions and logistics.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Van Line operations and international moves.
Proficiency in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
Experience with the Supermove CRM/Dispatch program is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with the ability to report to the branch, as required.
