The Customer Service Representative at Connexa Worx will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Salary Range: $950 - $1200 weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
