Order Entry Pharmacy Technician
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Order Entry Pharmacy Technicianto fill an opening with a prestigious pharmacy provider of long-term care & infusion medications in Austin, TX.
Daily Responsibilities for Order Entry Pharmacy Technician:
- Fills prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy, packaging medications for dispensing and for delivery, meeting the accuracy and productivity standards of the pharmacy.
- Labels products appropriately, including cautionary or auxiliary labels.
- Participates in the periodic inventory of the pharmacy.
- Shift: 40 hrs. per week, Monday - Friday; 9am to 6pm
Required Qualifications for Order Entry Pharmacy Technician: - 6+ months of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Incumbent state of TX Pharmacy Technician license
Preferred Qualifications for Order Entry Pharmacy Technician: - Closed door pharmacy experience
- Infusion, specialty, or long-term care experience
