We are currently seeking experienced 1st and 2nd web press operators to join our team.


Salary Range:

$25-$40 Hourly


Hours Available:

Night Shift 6pm 6am (includes an additional $1.25/hour shift differential for the night shift)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate Goss commercial web presses
  • Read and interpret various job tickets
  • Control spoilage and waste
  • Follow documented quality control procedures
  • Perform basic maintenance on the press
  • Report to team leads
  • Follow management system procedures, 5S, and Standard Work instructions


Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating web presses
  • Inline experience preferred
  • Heidelberg and Goss Web Presses preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Able to lead a team with a range of print knowledge
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent

*Stay-On Bonus amount is based on experience. Paid out in three installments at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment at Japs-Olson.
