COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS , New Yorks premier replacement window and home improvement company , is seeking an ORDER ENTRY CLERK who will be involved in the purchasing of products for our service department .
Position involves:
+ Receive detailed customer orders from our service representatives
+ Interpret their notes, measurements, photos, and additional information
+ Enter data into the job ordering system for submittal to manufacturing and/or vendor
+ Very detailed work requiring precise interpretation and judgment
Requirements include:
+ Proficient in using computer
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
+ Effective oral and written skills
+ Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
+ Ability to interact effectively with all employees and vendors
+ Accurate data entry is a must as this is a very detailed position
+ Ability to comprehend complex paperwork and transpose to accurate ordering of product
+ Previous experience with another home improvement company would be highly preferred
