We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager for this position. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for the leasing and marketing on behalf of the company, collaborating with Property Manager to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards, and that all tenant requests and inquiries arehandled in a timely and professional manner.
Essential job functions Of Assistant Property Manager:
- Manage leasing and marketing activities on behalf of company
- Lease administration of properties
- Handle tenant requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
- Assist with related accounting and administrative duties
- Maintain accurate records, including tenant files and financial documents
- Monitor market trends and changes to ensure maximum profitability
- Prepare and process all applications, leases, and renewals
Skills of Assistant Property Manager:
- 2 years of experience in property management leasing and marketing
- Ability to travel to property sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Personal and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with property management software
- Digital and other marketing strategies and tactics
