A Southwestern leader manufacturing Company is seeking a motivated operator to join our great team!
What we're looking For! We will require an associate who can work with different duties in the Finishing Department including but not limited to rotary machine operation, upright machine, wash and blow Sleigh bells, polishing Silverware, ornaments and Sleigh bells and also have experience operating mechanical power presses, pneumatic hammers and performed general duties on mechanical and machines maintenance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Operate single hit and/or progressive die press and set dies according to routings.
- Monitor and report to supervisors any wear/damage on machines for proper preventative maintenance
- High attention to detail
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Educational and/or Work Experience Requirements:- Must have soldier, mechanical and maintenance knowledge background.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
