We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Associate. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. As a Client Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and campaigns are executed successfully
- Assist in developing and implementing client campaigns, including event planning, marketing strategies, and promotional activities
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the client services team, including preparing reports and scheduling meetings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies and ideas for client engagement
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in client services, account management, or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
