Laminator Operator I temp to hire in Elk Grove, Illinois $20.44hr.
As laminator operator you will take full control of ensuring adhesive raw materials are adjusted and mixed properly; providing level one support for operations and level two support for ensuring SOP is followed. Your ability to keep up on multiple processes is mission critical.
Help Laminator Operator 1 & II process materials according to work instructions
Mix adhesive according to formulas
Check first piece conformance to specifications
Set up and operate Lathe Machine according Lathe Machine Operating Procedures when needed.
Hazard Waste Generator generates hazardous waste as part of the production process.
Report quality issues to Laminator Operator I
Report ALL unsafe acts and conditions to the shift manager immediately
Verification of what impression rollers are needed for 4 hour runs- and cut/or resurface to specifications interpret job order to determine correct calculation of needed amount of adhesive for job
Report all Food Safety violations to management. Assist the Lam Operator with adding adhesive, changing raw material rolls and other substrates

5:45am to 6:15pm - Continuous Work Schedule 2/2/3 Pay Rate: $20.44/hr
5:45pm to 6:15am - Continental Continuous Work Schedule 2/2/3 Pay Rate $22.44
