Head of Product Design - Design Tooling - Series B Scale-up - Remote US.
Zest Search has been retained and exclusively partnered with a Series B design tooling scale-up with over $45mil in funding from top investors, including Left Lane Capital and SpeedInvest.
First, we are searching for a Head of Product Design who will have the unique opportunity to create and implement features millions of designers use worldwide.
They're looking for a hands-on design leader who is still close to the craft and can lead a small but experienced team of senior product designers while reporting to the co-founder.
They've also been product/design-led from day one, so they have a high bar for design!
You'll need experience shipping SaaS productivity products (bonus points for tooling products) while leading a product design team. This would suit a Principal/Design Lead looking to step up into more of a management/leadership position or a head of/director looking to get back closer to the craft.
They have a hybrid working setup in Europe or the potential to be fully remote from the US East Coast (where they have increased the salary package to accommodate higher US salaries)
