Pay: $18.05 per hour $0.50 shift premium 9:30 pm- 6 am Position Summary: The primary function of this position is to complete operational and pre-operational cleaning, sanitization of the plant packaging and processing machines and work areas according to USDA regulations and ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met and maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process. Position Responsibilities. Check the work schedule, receive cleaning assignment, obtain supplies required to perform the work, put on all of the required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear and prepare for operations. Prepare machinery for cleaning, remove materials from the machines and floors and place in the proper containers. Remove barrels, totes and other containers from the machine area, close valves, open doors, lids, drains and water valves.
