We are looking for a hard working individual to perform the duties of a Baker at our Crumbl Cookies location in Williston, VT. Professional baking experience preferred, but not required.
Benefits:
- $19.67-$21.67 average hourly wage

Raises:
- Upon the 90 day review and performance evaluation, up to a $.50 raise will be rewarded.
- Upon the 1 year anniversary review and performance evaluation, a raise of up to $.50 will be rewarded.
Duties:
- Display a passion for baking and customer service
- Handling raw ingredients and preparing cookies from scratch. This will involve mixing, balling, baking and topping cookies in a way that meets company standards
- Cleaning as needed
- Register work as needed
- Create a unique and wonderful experience for every customer
Qualifications:
- A willingness to listen and learn
- The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- A background in customer service or food service is preferred
- A friendly and positive attitude is a must!
