This position is a career opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow! 1st shift: 5:00am-3:00pm $16 Job Summary Comply with safety requirements in area, specifically hard hat and safety glasses Apply side bands securely to coils When packaged on skids, apply bands to secure coils to skids Insure protective packaging is used as required. Read work orders and follow Customer Specific packaging instructions Follow instruction from the Banding Captain and Plant Manager Keep the work area clean and orderly. Report any quality concerns Build skids using lumber, table saw, and nail gun. required-skills: Knowledge and Skills Preferred Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills Steel Toe boots Able to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively Reliable Transportation Available for Overtime Forklift/crane experience preferred required-experience: 1 year
