Job Overview:
The Production Coordinator assists with job coordination & scheduling, working diligently to keep
the team and customers informed. The Production Coordinator maintains dealer relations and
performs a variety of administrative tasks needed to implement and follow consistent best practices for on-the-job production (work orders, scheduling, etc.) and customer service. This position assures timeliness of all aspects of jobs and helps to maximize the overall experience before, during and after the jobs are completed. The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that communication is open and smooth between all stakeholders involved in production, to facilitate and maximize every job for the best customer service possible.
Salary rate: $21.00 per hour (This position may be eligible for bonuses, which are not included in the provided salary).
Duties:
Coordinates communications, including taking and making calls, responding to emails, and
interfacing with customers and local dealers
Manages calendars and schedules
Collaborate with local deals to meet the needs of the customers
Enters data into CRM
Runs weekly reports for Sales Director (jobs scheduled, confirmed and unconfirmed
appointments, outstanding balances customer and dealers)
Updates Company CRM system based on communication with customers and inside sales
team
Uphold's closing procedures including warranties, customer reviews, final payments, etc
Review customers before and after projects are completed
Work with all departments that contribute to the production
Provides feedback on the efficiency of the production
Works with the Sales Director to keep local dealers accountable in the successful completion
of projects.
Coordinates with customers of scheduled jobs/dates and collects second payment if possible
Review dealer payouts before payroll
Helps to implement better ways to increase production & quality
Creates and maintains Job Completion log
Manages sold jobs inbox
Schedule appointments during downtime
Additional duties as needed
Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years of roofing or construction experience
Team player orientation. Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external
parties
Capacity to focus on multiple tasks
Understands urgency
Excellent customer service skills, finding proper ways to communicate and connect with
customers clearly
Detailed-oriented and ability to follow systems, procedures and daily agenda as instructed by
the supervisor
Self-starter: goal-oriented, cooperative, and problem solver
Understand that customer satisfaction is our #1 priority
