Progressive Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Patient Service Specialists to join our experienced multidisciplinary teams in the Iowa City area. As a Patient Service Specialist, you are the first connection to our patients and will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
answering the phone
patient registration and scheduling
collection of payments.
Our Patient Service Specialists also assist clinicians in their day-to-day work, allowing them to maximize their efficiency and to create an overall positive experience patients will talk about to their family and friends.
Progressive Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is a therapist-owned rehab company based out of Iowa City offering inpatient and outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to Eastern Iowa.
