IT Troubleshooter - Be the hero of their tech!

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues for both on-site and remote clients/users.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade various IT equipment.
- You'll be the hero, saving the day by fixing computer woes and ensuring smooth operation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Communication Master: You can clearly explain technical concepts in a way that anyone can understand, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving Pro: You thrive on a challenge and can find solutions to even the trickiest tech issues.
- Tech-Savvy: A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a technical field is a plus, but your experience is what truly matters.
We're looking for someone with:
- 1-3 years of hands-on technical experience, preferably in a field technician role.
- A+ Certification is a must-have.
- Hardware vendor certifications are a big bonus!
Your Technical Arsenal:
- Deep understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Expertise in supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Aced troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and printers (experience preferred).
- Familiarity with network environments is a plus.
- Bonus points for experience diagnosing and troubleshooting servers and understanding hardware configurations.
