Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are currently supporting a Global hospitality provider who are looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team due to growth.

The successful candidate will play a key part in the Customer Service team making sure that every client and Customer has 1st class service.

Responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager:

Respond to customer and client inquiries regarding move in and out
Assist with all property duties, including inspections and reporting
Meet and greet with all guests
Identifying of any property issues and assisting the client to rectify these
Work with clients to ensure an accurate booking process
Providing an efficient and positive customer experience
Manage inventory control

Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience in Customer Services or Guest Services
Experience within the Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate or Relocation Industries
Demonstrated history of Multitasking
Excellent Microsoft package skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Desire to learn
Conflict resolution skills would be advantageous
