Job Details

The receptionist is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties to the Executive Department. The receptionist would also assist organizational leadership and administrative personnel by sorting correspondence, filing records, and any other clerical responsibility necessary to the day-to-day function of the division or department. Job Duties/ Responsibilities: Candidate must possess excellent customer service and strong oral and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees. Basic computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Sort and distribute daily mail (incoming and outgoing).
