Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
- Liaise between various business departments and groups
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
- Utilizes data to enhance performance across the company
- Performs other related duties as assigned by manager
- Prepare complex reports, correspondence and other documents; participates on committees and task forces; attends and schedules meetings
- Interface with end users to define project scopes and review/document project activities
- Provide recommendations on new or enhanced systems, software, upgrades and modifications
- Evaluate and balance the requirements/needs of multiple departments /divisions
Required skills/abilities:- 4+ years of Information Technology Business Analysis experience
- 2+ years of large data set experience
- Knowledge of applicable industry standard methodologies, laws and regulations, and data analysis processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks in a complex and fast changing environment
- Self-motivated and directed with the ability to learn quickly
- Able to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to drive results
- Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
- Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- System development life cycle
- Principles, methods and techniques used in designing, developing, testing and implementing systems
- Ability to travel up to 25%
