Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
  • Liaise between various business departments and groups
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
  • Change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
  • Utilizes data to enhance performance across the company
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by manager
  • Prepare complex reports, correspondence and other documents; participates on committees and task forces; attends and schedules meetings
  • Interface with end users to define project scopes and review/document project activities
  • Provide recommendations on new or enhanced systems, software, upgrades and modifications
  • Evaluate and balance the requirements/needs of multiple departments /divisions

Required skills/abilities:
  • 4+ years of Information Technology Business Analysis experience
  • 2+ years of large data set experience
  • Knowledge of applicable industry standard methodologies, laws and regulations, and data analysis processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks in a complex and fast changing environment
  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to learn quickly
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to drive results
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • System development life cycle
  • Principles, methods and techniques used in designing, developing, testing and implementing systems
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
