**Maintain inventory levels for all crib stock non-production items, to include: receipt, and stock rotation through distribution to associates in all departments. Responsible for supporting safety, quality, and productivity while adhering to KAMTEKs plant standards and upholding the Magna Employees Charter.**

****Key Responsibilities****

- **Maintain accurate records of all crib items**

- **Coordinate with purchasing all incoming shipments of crib stock items**

- **Ensure accurate inventory levels on specific spare parts inventories for dedicated production (assembly/press) lines and maintenance functions.**

- **Ensure department associates are provided with necessary supplies to perform their job functions using signed crib card issue process.**

- **Operate as a cooperative cohesive team to perform effectively and efficiently.**

- **Daily Cycle Count**

- **Maintain a minimum inventory of spare parts in the crib.**

- **Adhere to Magnas Code of Conduct & Ethics**

- **Promotes good housekeeping (5S)**

- **Perform other duties as required.**

****Key Qualifications/Requirements****

* **Willingness to work extended or flexible hours as required to meet production demands**

* **Must have good working knowledge and understanding of purchasing process in general**

**High School Diploma or GED required**

**Experience in purchasing or related field or equivalent training in relevant fields. 2-5 years**

**Experience with basic Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel**
