AND TASKS/ DUTIES OF THE POSITION - Confers with customers by telephone or in person, to provide information about Dole products and services. Takes customer orders, cancels accounts, and obtains details of complaints. - Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions. - Resolves customer service or billing complaints. - Contacts customers in order to respond to inquiries. - Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments. - Manages daily inventory levels and advises manager of accuracy. - Provides accurate records and recording of sales transactions. - Manages office equipment and supplies. - Processes customer orders, prepares delivery memos, and invoices. - Coordinates product scheduling and receiving. - Collects customer payments, records, and deposits.
