LaTrelle's Management is proud to own and operate the first The Rustic airport location and is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee this Texas favorite restaurant and bar at Hobby Airport.

The ideal Candidate will be well-versed in managing, high volume, full-concept restaurants, with a strong background in kitchen operations and alcoholic beverage management. One who can live up to The Rustic's simple focus- Kitchen. Backyard. Bar. Live Music.

The Rustic is a combination the love of great food, the best drinks, and a lively atmosphere. The Rustic takes pride of its locally sourced quality ingredients, local craft beers, and relaxed casual atmosphere. The General Manager of this location would be responsible for showcasing the Best of Texas by bringing The Rustic's outdoor music feel to the inside of Hobby Airport.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and live music events.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and inventory control.

Supervise bar operations, ensuring compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations and standards.

Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective service.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local licensing regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar.

Strong background in kitchen management and culinary operations.

Expertise in managing alcoholic beverages, including inventory, compliance, and service.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
