The Company
Our client is a fast growing clinical research site network that started in 2015 and grew to 11 sites with plans to double in the next couple years! They have run over 400 clinical studies in Phase I - IV in therapeutic areas mainly focused in GI, Hepatology, and CNS! Their goal is to be the best place to work in the country, and they are excited to find people excited to make that vision come to life through quality patient care and research.
Responsibilities
As a PreScreener you will be one of the first points of contact for patients interested in participating in a clinical research trial. While the PI and Site Manager are responsible for the overall design, conduct, and management of the clinical trial, you support, facilitate, and coordinate patient's first steps into the clinical trial by determining enrollment eligibility and initial visits!
- Determine eligibility of patients based on criteria from protocols
- Inclusion/exclusion
- Conduct procedures such as vital signs, blood draws, and EKGs, at patient's initial visits
- Patient recruitment, enrollment, scheduling, and consent
- Answering patient questions before and during their initial visits
- Meeting KPIs and metrics for study enrollment and participation goals!
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience working with healthcare, ideally directly with patients
- Phlebotomy experience
- Clinical research experience a plus!
