Store Hours: Monday-Saturday 8:00a.m. - 9:00p.m.
Closed Sunday

Position Summary:
Upholds the Core Values as determined by the management team. Primary responsibility for all
positions with Buck's Ace is to Amaze Every Customer Every Time. This position handles several
key responsibilities including accounts receivable and general office management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting
Verify and balance general ledger entries against POS reports
Manage and reconcile bankcard recaps
Generate monthly customer house account statements
Post customer payments
Reconcile purchase orders to invoices
Maintain and order breakroom and office supplies
Oversee office and store IT equipment by determining the need for repairs, contact the
needed repair person and order any required replacement parts.
Assist other office team members as needed.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:
Formal retail experience preferred.

Physical Demands:
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), climbing
