Key Role:Brings in-depth understanding and expertise of the client to directly impact our e nga gement with key stakeholders. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude, and mentors or supervises employees in both firm and te chn ical competencies.Leads projects to solve complex design, integration and analytical problems and develops evaluation methods to assess client missions, addressing organizational, process, people, or leadership challenges to gauge where we can help. to our clients' missions. Provides mission and business perspectives based on expertise on the topic. Provides strategic

policy , process, and people recommendations, directs te chn ical analysis, and ensures internal leaders or clients better understand the mission.Basic Qualifications:Experience working at the Department of State, including in te chn ologyAbility to develop e nga gement strategies with client stakeholdersAbility to understand te chn ology capabilities and apply them to client challengesAbility to lead assessments of opportunities through research and analysisSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience working in a variety of bureaus supporting te chn ology management or operationsExperience leading a project or workstream at Department of State in the te chn ology spaceExperience with Project ManagementPossession of excellent collaboration and interpersonal skillsMaster's degreePMP CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
